Corporate Service Coordinator

Lahore, Pakistan

The Corporate Service Coordinator will be responsible for handling corporate clients’ service requests from initiation to completion. This role involves dispatching tasks via CRM, coordinating with vendors and technicians, preparing quotations, taking customer approvals, and ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
The candidate must have basic technical knowledge (AC, Electrical, and Plumbing works) to evaluate and assign jobs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process corporate customer service requests in CRM.
  • Coordinate with vendors/technicians to schedule and execute assigned tasks.
  • Prepare quotations after collecting vendor rates and share them with customers for approval.
  • Ensure approved tasks are executed on time and as per customer requirements.
  • Maintain continuous communication with corporate clients for updates, approvals, and feedback.
  • Evaluate the technical scope of each task before dispatching to suitable technicians.
  • Update all task-related details in CRM (status, cost, completion, etc.).
  • Track ongoing jobs and ensure timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Support in vendor performance evaluation and maintain updated vendor rates database.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, or Operations Management).
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, dispatch, or customer service coordination (preferably in a service company).
  • Technical understanding of AC, Electrical, and Plumbing services is essential.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM or task management systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets for task tracking and reporting.
  • A customer-first mindset with a sense of ownership and accountability.
