As Nexus Solutions continues to expand its corporate and licensing services, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Services Specialist to support the Corporate Services and Licensing Department.

This role is responsible for the administration of a portfolio of international client entities, ensuring timely execution of statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance tasks. The successful candidate will play a key supporting role in preparing, reviewing and maintaining company records, preparing governance documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that all deliverables meet the required quality and compliance standards.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with a solid foundation in corporate governance or corporate services to develop their expertise within a dynamic, fast-paced, and international business environment.

Statutory and Regulatory Compliance Management

  • Preparation and submission of all statutory filings across multiple jurisdictions, including company incorporation, director and shareholder changes, and annual renewals.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers and corporate records in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Support in monitoring governance updates, company law developments, and compliance obligations applicable to client entities.

Client Relationship Management and Coordination

  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, handling queries professionally and escalating matters as needed.

  • Assist in onboarding new clients, including KYC data collection, due diligence checks, and client file management.

  • Track ongoing corporate actions, and ensure timely completion in line with client expectations and Service Level Agreements.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and other stakeholders regarding project status and deliverables.

Corporate Services and Governance Support

  • Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents such as resolutions, forms, powers of attorney, and registers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory records and ensure accurate client entity files management

  • Support with company incorporation, amendments (director/shareholder changes, capital changes), annual renewals, and de-registrations across various jurisdictions.

  • Coordinate and monitor statutory filings and renewals with service providers and registries.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external agents or authorities to facilitate document execution and filings.

Process Enhancement and Departmental Support

  • Contribute to improving internal processes, templates, and checklists to enhance team efficiency.

  • Assist in preparing internal reports, trackers, and periodic compliance summaries.

  • Support in team projects, audits, or remediation exercises as assigned by management.

  • Participate in internal training to enhance knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and best practices.



Requirements


  • +2 years of relevant experience in company secretarial, legal, or compliance roles, with at least 1 year in client relationship management.

  • Solid understanding of corporate law, statutory compliance, and governance frameworks.

  • Experience working in or supporting regulated industries such as iGaming, fintech, or financial services is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of offshore jurisdictions such as Nevis, Marshall Islands, Curaçao, Costa Rica, and Belize will be considered an advantage.

  • Proficiency in document management systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and Google Workspace; experience with governance or compliance platforms is desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external service providers.
