Account Manager

Our client, a leading marketing and events agency, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key client relationships and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact campaigns and events. The ideal candidate will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, client satisfaction, and account growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow key client accounts.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and performance reports.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and ensure client retention.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Ensure all work meets contractual, quality, and compliance standards.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management , preferably within the events, exhibition, or large format printing industry.
  • Strong background in budgeting, project management, and proposal development .
  • Experience in brand activation and B2B campaigns .
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills.
