Corporate Services Consultant – Business Setup & Licensing | Dubai

We are a leading UAE corporate services firm and are expanding our Dubai-based commercial team. We are seeking  experienced Corporate Services Consultants  with a proven ability to advise clients, close business licences, and deliver regulated post-incorporation services.

This is a  senior, client-facing advisory role  working exclusively with  pre-booked, qualified inbound clients . It is suited to professionals who are commercially disciplined, CRM-driven, and accustomed to operating in a performance-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-booked client meetings (no cold calling)
• Advise on UAE business setup and licensing structures
• Close company licence sales with accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Upsell and cross-sell services including accounting, banking assistance, wills, renewals, and ongoing compliance
• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM records (pipeline, notes, forecasting)
• Operate within defined pricing, process, and compliance frameworks

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Proven experience in corporate services, business setup, or professional services sales
• Demonstrated track record of closing UAE business licences
• Native or near-native English at the highest professional level
• Full fluency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or equivalent)
• Comfortable working to KPIs, dashboards, and revenue targets
• Structured, professional, and fully accountable
