Corporate Solicitor

We are leading international firm who are looking for a Solicitor with a strong background in equity capital markets to join their Corporate team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join an experienced and innovative team, engaging in a variety of equity capital markets matters, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, GDR facilities, and continuing obligations.

The candidate will play a key advisory role for a diverse range of clients, such as investment banks, financial advisors, banks and corporates, supporting them through transactions, such as FTSE Main Market mandates and privatisation programmes. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

Essential Criteria:

• 3+ PQE;
• Strong background in equity capital markets and corporate transactions;
• Previous experience with DFM, Nasdaq Dubai, ADX, Tadawul equity offerings highly advantageous;
• Demonstrable commercial awareness;
• Outstanding academics;
• Technically excellent;
• Negotiation skills;
• Willingness to become involved in business development;
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
