Company formation specialist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented company formation specialist to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in client coordination, company formation processes, PRO support, and visa follow-up services. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients for end-to-end support on company setup and business formation services in the UAE.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of documents for company registration, trade licenses, and government approvals.
  • Provide PRO support including visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and labor/immigration formalities.
  • Follow up on visa processes, ensuring timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all processes.
  • Liaise with various government authorities and free zones as required.
  • Ensure timely and smooth execution of operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within UAE-based company formation or PRO services.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE company setup procedures, visa processing, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple client interactions and follow-ups professionally.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Good command over English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Preferred Candidate:

  • with immediate or short notice availability.
  • Familiar with dealings in Free Zones and Mainland company setups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
