Be the central sales liaison between Brixio and Cloudflare AEs, distributors, partners, and end-clients. Own the proposal process end-to-end: intake, quote preparation, SOW/RFP coordination, CRM hygiene, and proactive follow-up until closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary point of contact for all inbound sales requests (Cloudflare AEs, distributor, partners, website).
- Respond quickly and professionally via email, WhatsApp, or CRM.
- Prepare and issue quotes in Zoho CRM (licenses, PS, support).
- Coordinate with Lead Solutions Architect for technical SOWs or RFP responses.
- Negotiate minor commercial adjustments (discounts within predefined ranges, validated by COO).
- Maintain CRM with 100% accuracy: all opportunities tracked, updated, and with next actions.
- Follow up systematically with AEs/distributors until deals are Closed Won/Lost.
- Provide weekly pipeline reports to COO.
- Ensure alignment with Delivery Managers for handover of signed deals.
KPIs
- Quote turnaround time (< 24–48h).
- CRM hygiene: 100% updated weekly.
- Conversion rate quote → Closed Won.
- AE/partner satisfaction feedback.
- % of quotes followed up until closure.
Requirements:- 3–5 years in Sales Operations / Inside Sales / Bid Management in IT/SaaS.
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic/French a plus).
- Sales energy: fast, responsive, personable with AEs/distributors.
- CRM experience (Zoho CRM required).
- Basic financial acumen (understands margins, discounts, and approvals).
- Process-driven but not “bureaucratic” – can hustle and close.
- Comfortable working across channels (CRM, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom).
Compensation
Base salary + performance bonus tied to responsiveness, CRM accuracy, and quote-to-close conversion.
