Job Description
We are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support our growing operations in fit-outs, interiors, joinery, printing, exhibition stands, and event production. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing client communication, documentation, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups

Prepare and manage sales documentation such as:

Quotations / Invoices / Delivery Notes / Purchase Orders

Coordinate with production, procurement, and delivery teams

Maintain records of client interactions, project updates, and sales reports

Assist with office administration tasks

Support basic HR activities (documentation, attendance, coordination, etc.)

Represent the company professionally with clients and vendors

Travel for meetings or deliveries when needed (with company vehicle or allowance)
