Technical Operation Support

The main work content is to respond to customer problems with products, monitor applications, and transfer problems that affect the business and cannot operate normally.

Report customer or monitoring issues to relevant departments and follow up on progress at all times. In addition, online technical support personnel also need to support internal teams.

More detailed job requirements are as follows:

• Good writing and communication skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese language is preferred.
• Shift system (morning/Afternoon/evening), business operation 24/7, holidays and weekends are required to work according to the schedule
• A high school diploma or above is sufficient (no work experience required).
• Possess the ability to multi-task to complete various work tasks efficiently. The main tasks are system monitoring and recording log reports.
• Transfer cases, support internal and customer questions or demands, accident case tracking and subsequent case follow-up with technical staff
• Have a thorough understanding of product information and internal processes to assist customers in resolving issues correctly and intelligently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as fast typing skills to respond to messages promptly and communicate internally or Customers communicate.
• Able to maintain good working relationships with own team, cross-teams and even multiple customers, and promote communication with high emotional intelligence
• Workplace relationships and positive contribution to team and company culture.
• Have a good attitude, be willing to accept challenges, manage time wisely at work, and receive constructive feedback
