MBA in HR with Good Communication n relevant 12 years plus experience in Healthcare /Hospital industry prefer at corporate level.

Role and Responsibility : Human Resource Management Budget Strategy management , Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development , HR Operations, ,Compensation - Payroll, Personnel Administration, Employee Engagement, Performance Appraisal, HR /NABH Audit, HRIS responsible for acorss units at Corporate office .

Preferred candidate profile :

Should have a Proven Track Record of working in HR Operations in the past/Lead team acorss locations.

Should be ready to work 6 days a week (Office Reporting only).

Candidate must be Mature, Responsible and with a Go-Getter Attitude.

Proficient with MS-Office is a MUST

Monday to Saturday working .

Work Timing: Monday to Saturday - 10am to 6pm Mandatory

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
