Job Description – Maintenance Manager / Sr. Manager / AGM (ERW / Tube Mill Division)

Location: Bhachau, Gujarat
Department: Mechanical Maintenance – Metallurgy / Tube Mill Division
Experience: 15+ Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Salary Range: ₹15–28 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire Mechanical Maintenance Department for the ERW / Tube Mill (Metallurgy Division).
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all critical equipment.
• Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of machines used in CRW / CDW / Galvanization / ERW Pipe Manufacturing processes.
• Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) practices.
• Supervise maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and reliability standards.
• Manage spare parts inventory, vendor coordination, and maintenance budgeting.
• Identify and drive process improvement, energy conservation, and cost optimization initiatives.
• Ensure timely maintenance documentation, audits, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Projects teams for plant modification or expansion activities.

Skills Required:

• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, utilities, and rotating equipment.
• Hands-on experience in Metallurgy, Steel, ERW / Tube Mill, or Pipe Manufacturing Plants.
• Sound knowledge of plant maintenance planning, CMMS systems, and reliability engineering.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead a multi-disciplinary maintenance team effectively.
