Corporate Supply Chain Head

J7 Emporium is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Corporate Supply Chain Head to lead and manage our complete supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in procurement, demand planning, vendor management, logistics, and ERP-based real-time tracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and oversee the full Supply Chain Department, including procurement, demand/supply planning, logistics, and inventory management.

2. Develop and implement supply chain strategies, SOPs, and dashboards to ensure efficiency and transparency.

3. Drive vendor management: evaluation, negotiations, tendering, and long-term partnerships.

4. Forecast and plan demand across construction, IT, administration, and retail operations.

5. Implement and optimize ERP/automated systems for real-time tracking and reporting.

6. Ensure cost optimization through total cost analysis and strategic sourcing.

7. Collaborate with Finance, Admin, IT, and Projects to align supply chain with company goals.

8. Build capacity within the team, set KPIs, and ensure compliance with corporate standards.

9. Present supply chain performance reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements

1. 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership/head role.

2. Proven expertise in procurement, demand planning, and vendor negotiations at corporate level.

3. Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or equivalent).

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor relationship management skills.

5. Ability to drive cost efficiency, compliance, and corporate governance.

6. Experience in managing supply chain for large-scale projects, malls, or multinational organizations will be preferred.
