Corporate Tele-sales Specialist

Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers or clients to sell products or services.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the company or generated through other means.
  • Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the company's CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Handle customer objections and provide solutions or alternatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Report on sales activities, results, and market feedback to the sales manager or team leader.
Requirements

Skills and Experience :

  • Sales Experience : Previous experience in sales (b2b / corporate is prefeed).
  • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation : Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Customer Service Skills : Strong customer service skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  • Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer Literacy : Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Resilience : Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Attention to Detail : Accurate recording of information and follow-up actions.
  • Educational Requirements : a bachelor's degree, especially in business, marketing, or related fields.
