Position Title: Trainer

Hours: Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5:30 PM

Compensation: $50,000 a year

About the Role:

The Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs across multiple areas of the business. This role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to analyze training needs, and the creativity to build effective learning content. The Trainer will also track and measure training outcomes to ensure long-term knowledge retention and ongoing employee development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and recommend solutions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, manuals, guides, and digital content.
  • Create and implement training rubrics, learning paths, and assessments to evaluate learner progress.
  • Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deliver, track, and report on training programs.
  • Establish training checkpoints, milestones, and testing for knowledge retention and application.
  • Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to align training with business objectives.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or instructional design.
  • Proven ability to facilitate training in both classroom and virtual settings.
  • Strong skills in content creation and instructional design.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess training needs and create solutions that support employee success.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
