JOB ANNOUNCEMENT
The County Auditor investigates all financial claims against the county and pays the bills. The Auditor’s Office also examines the financial books kept by the other county officials to see that accurate and complete records are maintained.
POSITION: Learning & Development Associate (ERP) - PT
This is a Part Time position and does not include benefits.

The Human Resource Office will continue to consider qualified candidates as needed until the position is filled.
The Opportunity:
Assist the Vault ERP training program by producing materials, running logistics, supporting facilitation, and maintaining training records to help end users adopt standardized processes.
Starting Pay: $18.87 - $26.74 Salary will be determined upon experience and or education
Location: Provo, Utah (hybrid may be considered)
Key Responsibilities:

Content Support: Update job aids/QRGs from templates; capture annotated screenshots in the configured system; assemble basic micro-lessons.

Logistics & Comms: Manage invites, attendance, reminders, and post-session follow-ups; maintain the training calendar and artifact library with reliable version control.

Facilitation Support: Co-host virtual sessions, moderate Q&A, track action items, and schedule sandbox practice labs.

Data & Feedback: Send/readiness surveys; track completions; compile feedback and common issues for the L&D team.
Job Qualifications:
-
Coursework or experience in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Educational Technology, Communications, Business, Finance, or related field.

0–2 years experience in L&D/HRD (internships welcome).

Strong organization and attention to detail; clear written communication; comfort presenting/supporting live sessions.

Proficiency with Microsoft 365; ability to learn Articulate 360 tools quickly.
Preferred:
-
Exposure to ERP or enterprise applications; basic video/screen-capture editing and learning and process content development ; familiarity with accessibility and UDL.
