Job Overview
Vidabricks Real Estate LLC is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Corporate Trainer to develop and lead training programs for our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong real estate knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate, mentor, and enhance team performance.
ResponsibilitiesTraining & Development
- Develop and deliver structured training programs for new and existing real estate agents.
- Conduct onboarding sessions covering company introduction, CRM usage, sales processes, and documentation.
- Provide continuous coaching in communication, negotiation techniques, client handling, and presentation skills.
Real Estate Market Knowledge
- Train agents on Dubai’s real estate market, major developers, key projects, and RERA guidelines.
- Educate teams on branding, property positioning, and project knowledge for better client engagement.
Sales Performance Enhancement
- Conduct workshops on closing techniques, lead qualification, objection handling, and pitching.
- Identify skill gaps and design customized training modules to improve performance.
- Provide one-on-one coaching for underperforming agents.
Content Creation & Reporting
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, scripts, assessments, and presentations.
- Maintain records of all training sessions and submit performance reports to management.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and update content regularly.
Team Collaboration & Motivation
- Coordinate with HR to manage onboarding and induction processes.
- Work closely with Sales Managers to align training objectives with business goals.
- Conduct motivational sessions to boost morale, productivity, and overall team culture.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Corporate Trainer, Sales Trainer, or similar role (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, and property cycles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead groups confidently and handle training sessions with energy and clarity.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and training tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Real Estate, or a related field.
