Athena Medical Management is actively seeking a dedicated Corporate Trainer to strengthen our non-clinical training framework. If you are passionate about empowering others in a healthcare setting, this role is a fantastic opportunity for you!

Role Overview:

This strategic position focuses on developing training processes and ensuring both new and existing employees are fully prepared for their roles. You will champion operational excellence through standardized procedures and facilitate technology adoption across our growing network.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform workflow assessments and collaborate with various teams to establish effective processes.

- Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to diverse non-clinical roles.

- Oversee a formal onboarding program that provides clarity and structure for new hires.

- Partner with leadership to support the rollout of new tools and processes through effective training initiatives.

- Monitor training effectiveness and employee performance, making adjustments based on operational outcomes.

-Travel to various locations as needed to deliver hands-on-training and support team integration

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field preferred.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate training, organizational development, or operational support.

- Previous experience in healthcare or multi-site service organizations is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design abilities.

Athena Medical Management manages 17 Women's Imaging Specialists locations that provide state-of-the-art 3D breast imaging and diagnostic ultrasound imaging in Georgia and Alabama.
