The Role

The Corporate Trainer – Field Operations is a Denver/Castle Rock–based leadership role that supports Spartan franchise locations nationwide. This position requires frequent travel into franchise markets to train, coach, and support installation teams in the field.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on epoxy or concrete coating installation experience who wants to step into a national training and leadership position. You will work directly on active job sites to demonstrate proper installation techniques, reinforce Spartan standards, and help teams perform at a high level from day one.

This is not a desk role and not a full-time installer position — but you must be capable, credible, and confident leading installations hands-on as part of training.

Key ResponsibilitiesField Training & Installation Leadership

• Train franchise owners and crews on Spartan’s epoxy, flake, quartz, and exterior coating systems
• Lead live, on-site installations to demonstrate proper surface prep, mixing, application, and finishing
• Ensure adherence to Spartan’s installation processes, safety protocols, and quality standards
• Identify and correct installation issues in real time

Franchise Launch & Field Support

• Travel from Denver/Castle Rock to franchise markets nationwide
• Support new franchise launches and early-stage crew development
• Provide refresher training and performance improvement visits for existing locations
• Troubleshoot technical and operational challenges alongside crews in the field

Culture, Coaching & Leadership

• Set the standard for professionalism, accountability, and craftsmanship
• Build strong relationships with franchise owners and installers
• Lead with confidence, clarity, and a solutions-focused mindset
• Represent the Spartan brand, values, and quality expectations in every market

Training Development & Collaboration

• Provide feedback to improve Spartan University training programs
• Assist with refining SOPs, training materials, and field documentation
• Identify recurring training gaps and recommend process improvements

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience installing epoxy or concrete coating systems (required)
• Experience training, supervising, or leading installation teams
• Based in Denver / Castle Rock, CO
• Willing and able to travel 50–70% nationwide to franchise locations
• Comfortable performing hands-on installation work
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and dependable

Compensation & Benefits
