Globe Call Centre is seeking an experienced Call Centre Trainer to deliver paid, session-based training for our call centre agents. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned professional with a strong background in international B2B support and sales, who can provide impactful training without the commitment of a full-time role.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a call centre trainer with expertise in international B2B customer support and/or sales
- Strong command of professional communication standards, including call structure, objection handling, rapport building, and customer satisfaction techniques
- Ability to design and deliver engaging, practical training sessions tailored to call centre environments
- Confidence in coaching agents on professional etiquette, tone, clarity, and cultural sensitivity when dealing with global clients
- Comfort working as a visiting trainer or consultant, compensated on a per-session basis
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured and results-driven training sessions for call centre agents
- Provide guidance on handling international B2B calls professionally and effectively
- Deliver real-time feedback, role-play exercises, and performance improvement strategies
- Support improvements in overall call quality, customer experience, and conversion performance
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure training aligns with operational goals
