Now Hiring: Corporate Trainer
The Corporate Trainer will lead the development and execution of training initiatives across our multi-site network, ensuring consistency in onboarding, performance standards, and operational excellence across all locations.
Position Overview:
Location: Corporate office based in Lakewood, NJ
Travel: Occasional travel to facilities preferred
Hours: Full-time, standard business hours with flexibility for emergencies
Key Responsibilities Include:
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree preferred, not required
Experience: Experience in training, writing, and public speaking; healthcare and substance use experience preferred
Skills: Strong writing, training facilitation, organization, and technical proficiency
Certifications: Not required
