Corporate Transactional Attorney (5+ Years)

RLG is seeking an experienced transactional associate with at least 5 years of experience who is currently licensed to practice in Arizona. The ideal candidate should have experience in drafting documents related to real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions and conducting due diligence in preparation for such transactions. Must have experience representing public and/or private companies with a preference for assuming leadership roles on complex transactions and related corporate matters. Excellent academic credentials and strong organizational, drafting and analytical skills and experience are a must. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with both lawyers and non-lawyers - inside and outside the firm - are essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
