Corporate Transactional Attorney (5+ Years’ Experience)

Location: Arizona
Compensation: Up to $200,000 + Annual Discretionary Bonus

Sonja Cotton & Associates is partnering with a highly respected Arizona law firm seeking an experienced Corporate Transactional Attorney to join its thriving corporate division.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of transactional experience and be currently licensed to practice law in Arizona. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a sophisticated practice representing regional and national clients on complex business, real estate and corporate matters.

Responsibilities Include:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of corporate and commercial agreements, including purchase and supply agreements, operating and governance documents, and entity formation materials.
• Advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, and real estate transactions.
• Providing strategic counsel on business operations, growth initiatives, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and departments to deliver seamless, high-quality service to clients.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Arizona Bar membership (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of corporate transactional experience, preferably within a private law firm.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and business development abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
