COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY

The Kahlon Network is seeking a lateral attorney with 2-6 years of transactional real estate experience for an opportunity with a Top Firm’s Nashville office. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactional matters including retail, leasing, acquisition of properties, development and formation of related entities as well as general corporate transactional experience (due diligence, dispositions, contracts, and financing). The employer seeks a candidate with an entrepreneurial personality and a demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships. For more experienced applicants, a small book of business is preferred.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level attorney to work with global clients and learn from award-winning and well-regarded partners.

Interested candidates must have the required subject matter experience, a JD, and either be admitted to the Tennessee Bar or eligible for admittance in Tennessee.
