We are seeking an experienced Corporate Treasurer to lead treasury management and ensure financial stability for our organization.

Role Overview

The Corporate Treasurer will be responsible for managing cash flow, overseeing investments, and ensuring effective risk management. This role requires strong financial expertise, leadership, and the ability to align treasury operations with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.
• Develop and implement treasury strategies to optimize financial resources.
• Manage foreign exchange, interest rate, and credit risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to support business needs.
• Monitor treasury KPIs and prepare reports for senior leadership.
• Lead negotiations with banks, financial institutions, and external partners.
• Mentor and guide treasury staff to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; professional certifications (CFA, CPA, ACT) preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing treasury operations in multinational or large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of cash management, risk management, and investment strategies.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RO1,800.000 per month
