Our client is seeking a Corporate Wellness Manager to own and grow corporate partnerships — designing impactful wellness programmes that convert into long-term contracts, renewals and measurable business outcomes.
This is not a pure sales role. It is a strategic, consultative position where you shape solutions, orchestrate delivery and drive account growth, while protecting clinical integrity and operational quality.
The Role
You will take ownership of the corporate journey from discovery through to renewal:

Lead discovery conversations to define outcomes, scope and success metrics

Design structured corporate wellness programmes (wellness days, 6–12 week cohorts, executive performance programmes, membership bundles)

Draft proposals and align commercial terms with Sales and Finance

Coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary wellness teams

Produce monthly and quarterly impact reports

Drive renewals, expansions and cross-sell opportunities
You act as the bridge between commercial ambition and operational excellence.
Candidate Profile

Strong B2B account management experience

Background in wellness, hospitality, HR benefits or other service-led environments

Proven consultative selling capability

Excellent proposal writing and reporting discipline

Strong stakeholder management skills

Commercial mindset with high service standards
You must be comfortable balancing revenue growth with programme feasibility and brand protection.

Package
Base Salary: SAR 18,000 – 25,000
Quarterly variable: 15–25% of base salary
Additional incentives include:

1–2% of collected revenue for deals originated

1% of renewal revenue and 2% of expansion revenue

Variable paid subject to CSAT ≥ 4.3/5 and quality delivery standards
