A global law firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate to join its expanding corporate team in the Middle East. The group advises on complex cross-border M&A, private equity, venture capital, and investment structures for major corporates, sovereign wealth funds, and leading financial sponsors.
- Lead on high-value corporate transactions with direct client access
- Draft and negotiate core documentation including SPAs, JVs, and shareholder arrangements
- Manage due diligence, disclosure, and closing processes
- Develop trusted client relationships and commercial sector insight
- Mentor junior lawyers and play an active role in knowledge sharing
- Engage in business development with a view toward long-term progression
- Opportunity for client secondments and international mobility within the network
- 6–10 PQE in M&A, PE, VC, or investment funds
- Experience in a reputable international firm
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively across global teams
Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential.
