Shift: AM 6:00 AM-2:30 PM | PM 2:00 PM-10:30 PM | NOC 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
Pay Rate: $42.50/hr (All Inclusive)

We are seeking a committed and resilient Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join a secure correctional healthcare environment. Requirements

· Active physical Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license (hard copy required)

· Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience in correctional, psychiatric, long-term care, or acute care settings

· Current BLS AHA certification only

· Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background checks and correctional security clearance

· Strong communication, observation, and de-escalation skills

Skills and Competencies

· Patient-centered care with professionalism in high-stress and secure environments

· Strong adaptability, calm under pressure, and excellent situational awareness

· Effective teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary staff

· Understanding of emergency protocols and correctional safety standards

Unit Information

· Setting: Correctional Facility - Inmate Healthcare Unit

· Support Staff: RNs, LVNs, Physicians, Mental Health Technicians

Travel Contract Details

· 6-month assignment with opportunity for extension

· Weekly pay with direct deposit

· Travel stipends for housing and meals may be available
