We are looking for two experienced Corrosion Technical Team Leads to spearhead our integrity management operations. This is a senior-level role requiring a deep technical understanding of chemical treatments, metallurgy, and high-pressure operational safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Supervise and provide technical guidance for all high-pressure online retrieval operations and internal corrosion monitoring programs.
- Corrosion Strategy: Develop and optimize corrosion management strategies, including chemical inhibition programs and material selection reviews.
- Data Analysis: Interpret complex data from corrosion coupons and probes to provide actionable insights on asset integrity.
- Compliance & Licensing: Ensure all team activities align with international standards (NACE/AMPP) and corporate safety protocols.
- Project Management: Oversee the deployment of corrosion monitoring hardware and the integration of digital monitoring systems.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong Chemical/Corrosion Background: In-depth knowledge of internal corrosion mechanisms and monitoring activities.
- Professional Certification: Must be licensed, preferably as a NACE (AMPP) Corrosion Technologist or equivalent.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience in high-pressure online retrieval operations and data interpretation.
Preferred Skills & Attributes
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate with offshore/onshore stakeholders.
- Advanced Troubleshooting: Expertise in diagnosing failures in high-pressure retrieval equipment and corrosion monitoring probes.
- Communication: Ability to present technical integrity reports to senior management and external regulatory bodies.
- Offshore Readiness: Familiarity with the logistical and safety demands of offshore energy production environments.
