Cosmetics & Skincare Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and advising customers on cosmetic, skincare, and dermatology-related products.
This role requires strong product knowledge, customer consultation skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high service standards. The position may operate within retail outlets, aesthetic clinics, or online sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell cosmetic, skincare, and dermocosmetic products to customers/clients.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations based on customer needs and concerns.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and merchandising of skincare and cosmetic products.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers through follow-ups and after-sales support.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain customer records and purchase history where applicable.
Promotions & Marketing Support
- Assist in in-store promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and treatment-related skincare solutions.
- Support online or WhatsApp sales inquiries if required.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of skincare, cosmetics, and dermatology products
- Ability to explain product benefits clearly and confidently
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, CRM, MS Office)
- Professional grooming and presentation
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory)
- 1–3+ years of experience in cosmetics, skincare, or aesthetic product sales
- Experience working in aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, pharmacies, or cosmetic retail is an advantage
- Knowledge of clinical/dermocosmetic brands is a plus
Job Timings : 10 AM to 7 PM (or may be changed according to the company requirements)
