Ocean Tides Spa is seeking a professional and service-oriented Cosmetologist to join our luxury spa team. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional salon and beauty services while creating a relaxing and personalized guest experience consistent with the standards of Omni Hotels & Resorts. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, wellness, and hospitality and thrives in a high-end resort environment.
Essential Responsibilities

• Provide professional cosmetology services including hair styling, blowouts, scalp treatments, makeup application, and additional salon services as licensed
• Consult with guests to determine desired services and recommend appropriate treatments and retail products
• Deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail and personalized care
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of salon stations, tools, and treatment areas according to state board and resort standards
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, techniques, and industry best practices
• Promote spa services, retail products, and resort amenities to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain accurate guest service records and appointment details
• Assist with spa operations and support fellow team members as needed

Qualifications

• Current South Carolina Cosmetology license required
• Previous salon, spa, or luxury hospitality experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety procedures
• Passion for wellness, beauty, and guest satisfaction
