Role Overview

We are hiring a Cost Accountant with strong hands-on experience in product costing and manufacturing cost analysis within a production-based business.

This is a core finance role responsible for ensuring accurate product costing, margin analysis, and cost control across multiple fashion brands.

You will directly work with production and operations teams to ensure every product is accurately costed and financially optimized.

Key Responsibilities

• Own product costing across materials, labor, and overhead
• Develop and maintain detailed cost sheets for fashion products
• Analyze margins and support pricing decisions
• Monitor cost efficiency across multiple brands and collections
• Track production-related cost variances
• Work closely with production and sourcing teams to validate costs
• Maintain costing data in Zoho systems
• Support financial reporting related to product profitability
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cost accounting (MANDATORY)
• Strong understanding of product costing in manufacturing or fashion industry
• Experience working with COGS, margin analysis, and cost structures
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books / Zoho Inventory (REQUIRED)
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
