Job Description: Cost Accountant – Restaurant Industry (F&B)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Cost Accountant to join our growing team in the restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food, beverage, and operational costs.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare variance reports.
• Manage inventory controls and monthly stock reconciliations.
• Review purchasing activities and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare cost reports, financial reports, and management reports.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cost Accountant in the restaurant/F&B industry within the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting principles, food cost management, and inventory control procedures.
• Experience in stock management, purchasing controls, and inventory reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and restaurant management systems.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE restaurant industry experience is mandatory.

Preferred Candidate:

• Available for immediate joining.
• Proven experience in cost control and financial analysis within a restaurant environment.
