Cost Accountant (CMA)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Accountant (CMA) with 1–2 years of experience to manage costing and cost control functions in our manufacturing unit. The role involves product costing, inventory valuation, variance analysis, and supporting management in cost optimization and profitability analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze product cost sheets for all manufactured items.
• Conduct inventory valuation and ensure accurate stock reporting.
• Perform variance analysis (material, labor, and overhead) and report findings to management.
• Monitor and control production costs to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Assist in budgeting and cost forecasting processes.
• Maintain standard costing system and update cost structures regularly.
• Support management with cost optimization strategies and profitability analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial reporting standards.

Requirements

• CMA (Cost & Management Accountant) qualification completed or partially completed.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and standard costing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and reporting skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
