. Costing & Profitability Analysis
- Prepare and analyze standard and actual product costs for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Conduct variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and suggest corrective actions.
- Monitor cost of goods sold (COGS), consumption of raw materials, semi-finished goods, packing materials, fuel, contribution margins, and profitability by product line or SKU.
2. Inventory Valuation & Control
- Maintain accurate valuation of inventories, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in ERP.
- Collaborate with store and production teams to ensure timely stock reconciliations and adjustments.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and support internal/external audits.
3. Budgeting & Forecasting
- Assist in preparing annual plant budgets and rolling forecasts related to manufacturing costs.
- Track cost performance against budgets and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.
4. ERP & Data Management
- Ensure timely and accurate cost entries, BOM updates, and consumption reporting in the ERP system.
- Generate cost reports, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership review.
- Improve ERP-driven costing processes and data integrity.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Procurement, Quality, and Finance teams to monitor and control factory costs.
- Recommend cost-saving opportunities and drive implementation of cost efficiency measures.
- Support finance team by submitting accurate data for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
6. Implementation of SOP at all Plants, Warehouses & Depots
- Guide teams and implement company SOPs for capturing real-time costs.
- Act as custodian of records prepared by procurement, stores, production, packing, and dispatch teams as per company policy and formats.
- Ensure accurate data is captured in systems on a real-time basis and nothing is overlooked.
- Reconcile system stocks with physical stock statements & highlight discrepancies or variations.
- Regularly study BOMs and identify gaps between actual and standard consumption.
- Ensure wastages/scrap sales are correctly documented & captured in the system.
- Ensure stock transfers between departments/group companies are captured in the system.
- Visit PAN India plant locations to ensure processes are implemented and followed by all teams.
- Conduct vendor audits & job worker audits as per company policy.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CMA / CPA / ICWA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3–7 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory management, or finance in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent) is required.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, cost structures, and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹304,393.93 - ₹650,000.00 per year
