Job Purpose
To ensure all pre-bid and post-bid project activities are executed efficiently — with the goal of securing contracts and ensuring their timely, cost-effective completion.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Bid Activities
- Review RFQs and technical specifications.
- Provide item-wise specifications and quantities to the procurement team for quotation.
- Estimate landed cost for each item.
- Prepare technical drawings and project scope documentation.
- Compile technical deviations and clarification lists.
- Prepare and submit complete technical & commercial proposals.
- Participate in customer meetings and bid discussions.
Post-Bid Activities
- Conduct internal discussions to finalize project budgets and identify risks.
- Prepare detailed project execution schedules.
- Ensure all post-bid activities are carried out as per internal SOPs and checklists.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, production, QA, logistics, and finance).
- Monitor and report project status on a weekly basis.
- Supervise electrical installation activities for instruments, junction boxes, and cable trays on skids.
- Obtain customer/TPIA clearances for electrical installations.
SOPs & Reporting
- Implement and ensure compliance with Standard Work Procedures (SWPs) and departmental guidelines.
- Identify and report deviations for continual process improvement.
- Prepare and submit weekly project status and progress reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Timely submission of competitive proposals to secure orders.
- On-time project completion and delivery to customers.
- Effective adherence to guidelines and SOPs.
- Timely submission of weekly status reports.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical project execution.
- Good knowledge of project costing, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Ability to interpret RFQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
