Cost and Estimation Engineer

We are hiring Internal Sales Engineer

​Duties and Responsibilities
​Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers and the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely information is delivered.
​Develop and prepare technical proposals, quotes, and documentation for engineering solutions in coordination with the sales team.
​Collaborate with the engineering team to understand and communicate product specifications, capabilities, and custom solutions.
​Assist in managing and following up on sales inquiries, working to identify customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
​Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, from inquiry through delivery.
​Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to provide the best possible advice to customers and the sales team.
​Support continuous improvement initiatives within the EPT department by participating in cross-functional collaboration and idea-sharing.
​ Required Skills
​Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent experience.
​2+ years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sectors.
​Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn the specifics of Johnson Screens' products and solutions.
​Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to non-technical customers.
​Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
​Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
​Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
