The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support.
Responsibilities

Prepare annual budgets and coordinate with various departments to consolidate cost estimates.

Monitor actual spending vs. budget across all real estate projects.

Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

Review and validate project cost reports submitted by the project and site teams.

Ensure compliance with internal cost control procedures and financial policies.

Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly cost reports to senior management.

Maintain cost databases and update cost libraries to reflect actual project performance.

Participate in feasibility studies by providing financial and cost data.

Liaise with procurement and contracts departments to track committed costs and variations.

Assist in external/internal audits by providing required cost documentation.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance.

Preferred certification CMA, or equivalent is a plus.

Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Sun.)

Minimum 7 years of experience 5 years in budgeting and cost control, preferably in real estate or construction sector.

Solid understanding of project cost management and financial planning in real estate development.
