Cost & Budgeting Manager

We are urgently hiring for Cost and Budgeting Manager for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of budgets across all business units, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Analyze costs, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and maintain cost models, perform scenario analysis, and recommend strategies for cost control.
• Collaborate with department heads to set realistic budget targets and ensure compliance with approved allocations.
• Evaluate and report on project costs, capital expenditures, and departmental spending to support informed decision-making.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management highlighting cost trends, savings opportunities, and financial performance against budget.
• Implement best practices in budgeting, forecasting, and cost monitoring to strengthen internal financial controls.
• Mentor and guide finance team members on budgeting and cost analysis processes.

Requirements:

• ICMA / ACCA / CA qualified (mandatory).
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, and financial planning within the manufacturing sector.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FICO / SAP CO modules for cost tracking, budgeting, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial and production data.
• Proficiency in budgeting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

Salary: 250K

Location: Karachi

Pay: Rs225,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
