The project:
This project offers the chance to join a talented Mace team in delivering a major entertainment and luxury hospitality project, collaborating with renowned architects and global consultants. The project involves extensive infrastructure and built assets, delivered rapidly through a hands-on Construction Management approach, ideal for those experienced in managing both main and sub-contract packages.
You’ll be responsible for:
Primary Infrastructure - Plants, sub-stations, pumpstations etc.
Secondary & Tertiary Infrastructure - distribution networks and associated facilities.
Landscaping Works - soft scaping, hardscaping and the supporting irrigation infrastructure.
Assists Senior Cost Consultant / Associate Director to develop the team capabilities.
Provides guidance and direction to Assistant Cost Consultant and other team members.
Seeks opportunities for continuous improvements/improving working processes.
Develops effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
GCC Infrastructure experience is critical for delivering on this role. KSA market awareness and knowledge would be beneficial.
Degree in quantity surveying/cost management (or equivalent).
Professional membership or working towards i.e. MRICS/RICS (or equivalent), or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Knowledge of value engineering, life cycle costing, contracts & contractual frameworks relating to construction.
