You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Delivering feasibility, procurement strategies and reporting.
- Applying value management from project inception.
- Managing cost planning, estimating and final plans.
- Supporting contractor procurement, contracts and execution.
- Advising on contract administration, valuations and changes.
- Providing cost control and financial reporting.
- Resolving claims, certifications, completion and final accounts.
- Building teams, stakeholders, net zero.
You’ll Need To Have:
- Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or cost management, with relevant technical certifications.
- Professionally accredited or working towards MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).
- Strong sector expertise, contract knowledge and cost consultancy experience.
- Commercially aware, digitally confident communicator focused on sustainability and best practice.
Please Note: The estimated salary for this position is $100,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills and qualifications.
