These roles are typically site based, embedding you within highly skilled, multidisciplinary teams where you’ll play a key part in commercial support: monthly pay applications, change order reviews, financial reporting, and on the ground commercial decision making. You’ll Be Responsible For:

Delivering feasibility, procurement strategies and reporting.

Applying value management from project inception.

Managing cost planning, estimating and final plans.

Supporting contractor procurement, contracts and execution.

Advising on contract administration, valuations and changes.

Providing cost control and financial reporting.

Resolving claims, certifications, completion and final accounts.
-
Building teams, stakeholders, net zero.
You’ll Need To Have:

Degree-qualified in quantity surveying or cost management, with relevant technical certifications.

Professionally accredited or working towards MRICS/RICS (or equivalent).

Strong sector expertise, contract knowledge and cost consultancy experience.

Commercially aware, digitally confident communicator focused on sustainability and best practice.
