Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze variances.
- Review procurement requests, supplier quotations, and subcontractor invoices for cost compliance.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, dashboards, and financial evaluations.
- Coordinate with planning, engineering, procurement, and site teams to ensure accurate cost data.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain cost databases, logs, and documentation for all projects.
- Assist in preparing claims, variations, and financial justifications.

Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in cost control within the construction/contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost monitoring, and project financial systems.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
