Cost Control Engineer

Job Vacancy: Cost Engineer (Local Hiring – Kuwait)

We are currently seeking a qualified Cost Engineer to join our team in Kuwait.

Education & Certifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical)

· Professional certificate or formal training in Cost Engineering is mandatory

· Certifications in Primavera P6, PMP, or RICS will be considered an advantage

Experience & Background:

· Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Cost Engineering / Project Controls within construction projects

· Proven background in Cost Management and Project Controls

· Strong experience in budgeting, cost control, and cost reporting

· Experience in preparing monthly cost reports is required

· Solid knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) including CPI and SPI

· Strong knowledge and understanding of Cost control systems

Knowledge & Skills:

· Proficient in Primavera P6 for:

o Cost loading

o Resource management

o Progress tracking

· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

· Strong analytical and reporting skills

Language:

· Must be bilingual (English & Arabic)
