Cost Control Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor project budgets (construction & maintenance).
• Track actual costs versus budget and identify cost variances.
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
• Monitor manpower costs, equipment utilization, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors to control cost exposure.
• Analyze project profitability and margin performance.
• Review subcontractor costs and support variation cost validation.
• Establish cost control procedures and reporting systems.
• Support management with financial analysis and performance dashboards.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Finance (Engineering background preferred)

Experience | الخبرة

• Minimum 5–8 years in contracting companies
• Strong experience in cost control for landscape or infrastructure projects
• Experience in Saudi Arabia preferred
• Strong skills in Excel and cost reporting systems
