Responsibilities:

Define project needs for cost control in accordance with established and contractual requirements, objectives, and procedures

Prepare budget, cost control, and cost reporting

Review and approve contractors/consultants invoices and ensure that the accurate process takes place within time

Attend progress meeting in site and arise critical issues to cost control manager if occurs

Directly interface with Project Manager, consultant, & contractor for handling construction cost
-
Review potential changes against project scope and execution plans.

Analyze cost impact of scope changes and trends
-
Review the cost estimates during the course of the project, and issue revised budget if necessary
-
Recommend alternatives for budget improvement to Cost Control manager for discussion and/or decision

Administer and update Projects Costs Database which includes collecting relevant project information from the various disciplines

Prepare cost progress reports, performance reports (CPR) based on earned value with full commitment in submit it on time
-
Prepare effective cost forecast analysis and recommendations, including the use of all associated information and tools
Job Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor Degree in Civil or Construction Management. Relevant post-graduate studies is preferred.
