3. Role Purpose:
Carries out project cost control activities, including budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and cost variance analysis. The role supports the project management team by providing accurate cost reports, identifying risks, and ensuring that all financial aspects of the project remain aligned with contract requirements and timelines.

7. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
· Minimum 1 years of experience as a Cost Control Engineer in construction projects, preferably within Egypt or the MENA region.
· Strong knowledge of cost control techniques, construction methodologies, and project management.
· Proficiency with cost control software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Excel, SAP, or similar).
· Familiarity with Egyptian construction contracts, standards, and financial regulations.
· Excellent analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic project environment
· Proficient in English.
