COST CONTROL ENGINEER (SITE / PROJECT CONTROLS)

Job Title: Cost Control Engineer
Location: Jubail / KSA (Site Based)
Project: Refinery / Brownfield / Shutdown

Job Purpose

Monitor, control, and report project costs at site level to ensure alignment with approved budgets, support project execution, and maintain financial discipline across all project activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project cost performance against approved budget
• Track actual vs planned costs (manpower, materials, subcontractors)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports
• Coordinate with planning team on progress vs cost analysis
• Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions
• Support variation orders and change management
• Validate subcontractor invoices and site expenses
• Ensure compliance with company financial procedures
• Assist in forecasting and budget revisions
• Work closely with construction, procurement, and finance teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Finance
• 5–10+ years experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery projects
• Strong experience in EPC / Shutdown / Brownfield projects
• Knowledge of cost control systems and reporting tools
• Experience with Primavera P6 / Excel / ERP systems
• Familiar with Aramco / SABIC project environments

Preferred

• Experience in live plant / SIMOPS environment
• Strong analytical and reporting skills

Pay: From ﷼12,000.00 per month
