Job Summary

The Cost Control Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing food, beverage, and operational costs across F&B outlets to ensure profitability while maintaining quality and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze food, beverage, labor, and operating costs.
  • Prepare cost reports, variance analysis, and budgets.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock counts, wastage, and audits.
  • Review recipe and menu costing, portion control, and supplier pricing.
  • Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Procurement, and Finance teams.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Hospitality Management.
  • 5+ years of cost control experience in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B operations, inventory, and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in ERP/POS systems and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time
