Cost Control Manager

· Establish and implement project cost control procedures, guidelines, and systems to monitor and control project expenses for the construction projects.

· Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost control measures are integrated into project plans and schedules.

· Define cost baselines, budgets, and forecasts for each project phase.

· Track and monitor project costs, including labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project-related expenses.

· Analyze cost variances and deviations from budgeted costs.

· Identify areas of potential cost savings and cost overruns.

· Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate cost estimates for projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.

· Conduct cost analyses and assessments to identify cost drivers and trends.

· Maintain cost control documentation, records, and databases.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and financial regulations related to cost control.

· Collaborate with internal and external auditors during project audits.

· Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.

· Advanced proficiency in cost control software and financial tools.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
