Cost Control Manager – Café & Chocolate Industry
Location: Doha, Qatar
Job Summary
Cafe Chocolat is looking for an experienced Cost Control Manager to oversee food and beverage costing, inventory management, purchasing controls, and profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor food, beverage, and packaging costs.
- Maintain recipe costing and menu engineering.
- Conduct inventory audits and stock variance analysis.
- Review supplier pricing and purchasing practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost reports.
- Analyze wastage and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company cost control procedures.
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of cost control experience.
- Mandatory experience in café, chocolate, bakery, confectionery, restaurant, or premium F&B brands.
- Strong knowledge of food costing and inventory systems.
- Advanced Excel and ERP/POS system knowledge.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
