Job Purpose:
To manage and control project costs across infrastructure and sewerage construction projects, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance with budgets, and accurate cost forecasting. The role is responsible for cost planning, monitoring expenditures, analyzing variances, and supporting project management in achieving cost and schedule targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures for all projects.
- Prepare detailed project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports.
- Monitor and track project expenditures against approved budgets.
- Review and verify contractor invoices, progress claims, and variations.
- Identify cost overruns and recommend corrective actions to management.
- Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams on financial matters.
- Prepare monthly cost and progress reports for management and clients.
- Support tendering and estimation teams with cost data and historical analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and client requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of cost management processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cost control within infrastructure or sewerage construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Proficient in cost control software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Primavera, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
